Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower
5 tsp chicken or vegetable stock powder
½ head of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Sprigs of thyme and Italian parsley
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook Cauliflower: Trim and simmer cauliflower in seasoned stock for 20 minutes until tender.
Bake: Transfer to a dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle paprika, and Parmesan. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
Garnish: Serve with parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil.
