Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry 5 ripe tomatoes, sliced 3 tsp Dijon mustard ½ cup breadcrumbs ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence 3 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Prepare Pastry: Lay pastry on a baking sheet, fold edges, and prick holes with a fork.
